1. Digital Products

whizARD provides digital software products and licenses. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are generally not provided. However, a refund may be granted if:

  • The software is technically unusable
  • Support is unable to resolve the issue
  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for renewed subscription periods.

4. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
